You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.Your ImpactCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.Lead and mentor team to Engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of digital products.Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.QualificationsSkills & Experience7+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experienceShould have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.Should have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).Should have experience building agents till deployment.Strong proficiency in Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, crewAI, AutoGen). Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals. Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python,Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems.
