Associate Field Engineer

Associate Field Engineer – DDC Systems at Automated Logic, a Carrier Company. Key Responsibilities Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers. Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track. Valid, current Driver’s License and insurable by the company’s insurance carrier. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods. Capability to work over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment. Preferred Qualifications Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking, including wireless. Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical people and work well within a team. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $35,500 and $71,500, based on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Additional Compensation Position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
