Requirements Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance Manage and prioritize the IT support ticket queue Install, configure, and test computer systems, software, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring technical issues with minimal supervision Collaborate with users and IT colleagues to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Document support activities and maintain records of configurations, issues, and solutions Uphold IT policies and ensure adherence to security and operational procedures Summary Education and/or Experience One to three years of IS systems support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to assist with resolutions to issues and problems.
