Key responsibilities Direct and mentor a team of video producers to enhance content quality and performance Define the visual "voice" of sports highlights to maintain consistency across platforms Stay ahead of social trends and integrate new technologies into video production workflows Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in social content creation for major sports networks or digital media brands Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with basic filming skills Deep understanding of social platforms and algorithmic trends Strong editorial judgment with a commitment to high journalistic standards
