Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Pasadena, CA, onsite for a client of Ultimate Staffing Services Position Summary: Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities. Present and promote company services to potential clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience. Proven success selling services in a B2B and/or B2C environment. Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales. Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent follow‑through and time management skills. Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is preferred. Preferred Skills Strong closing and objection-handling abilities. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas. Ability to thrive in a high‑intensity, high‑volume sales environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Work Hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch break.
