Duties (summary): Triage patient health concerns/conditions over the phone by utilizing assessment skills in conjunction with established medical protocols. Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is an experienced Medical Assistant who is able to assess patients thoroughly over the phone and is a stickler for following protocol. Qualifications Previous experience working in a clinical setting (Private practice or ER preferred.)
