Roche Landscaping Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple active landscape installation and maintenance projects throughout Maryland and surrounding areas.

This hands-on field leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, enjoys managing crews and schedules, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily between active job sites in a company-provided truck
• Coordinate crews, scheduling, materials, and field logistics
• Monitor project progress, quality, and production timelines
• Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications
• Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections as needed
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates and expectations
• Attend project meetings and generate field reports
• Maintain safety compliance and company standards on all job sites

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
