Position: Experienced Oral Surgery Assistant with NJ Xray License

Fair Lawn, New Jersey

Are you a detail-oriented, compassionate, and skilled surgical assistant ready to take the next step in your career? WISDOM Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to join our dynamic, patient-centered team.

We specialize in wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, and advanced oral surgical care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. If you thrive in a clinical setting and take pride in your professionalism and precision—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Assist the surgeon during procedures including IV sedation cases and implant surgeries

✅ Prepare operatory rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready

✅ Educate and comfort patients pre- and post-operatively

✅ Maintain accurate records in our digital system (Denticon experience is a plus!)

✅ Help coordinate with front-desk staff and maintain smooth clinical workflow

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in oral surgery or surgical assisting

✔ NJ X-ray license 

✔ CPR and/or DAANCE certification (preferred)

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ A positive, can-do attitude
