About the Role Dishwasher at Red Robin. Responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen and properly washing and sorting dishes. May also support food preparation to keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure guests stay worry‑free by following safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food prep and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area. Follow food‑handling, safety, and sanitation policies. Participate in team huddles and communicate any kitchen concerns. Qualifications Must be 17 years old or older. Reliable, energetic, and able to work flexible shifts. Basic ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Prior kitchen or food‑service experience is a plus but not required.
