CNC Operator

Randstad is seeking novice, intermediate, and experienced CNC Milling Operators for the Greater Warwick Area. The candidates will have at least 1 year of experience performing material setting, monitoring, tending, and machine operation.  Candidate skills required are: material setup per Work Order Specs, Blueprint Reading, Speed/Feed rates, Measuring Devices, Math and Calculation, and In Process and Final Inspection. If you are a CNC Milling Operator at any skill level with at least 1 year of experience, then this is an opportunity for you!   This is a Permanent Placement Position! Pay Rate: $40,000 - $46,000  Hours: Monday through Thursday   6:00AM - 4:00PM Long Weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Off! Responsibilities

- 1 year plus of CNC Milling Experience (Operation, materials, basic set up, inspect)

- Material setting and operate CNC Milling - with minimal supervision.

- Make machine adjustments as required to maintain print specifications

- Maintain proper documentation of data and collaborate with management staff and supervisor

- Inspect faces and diameters using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

- Load and unload machines as per the cycle time noted

- Determine when tools need replacement

- Inspect or measure work pieces to determine conformance tospecifications, using measuring instruments, such as gauges or micrometers.

- Observe machine operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to correct problems.

The essential functions of this role include:
