Michael's Subaru of Bellevue Sales Representative

Pay: Potential to earn up to $20K per month! This is a commission/performance-based position.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

Our store sells on average 150 to 180 new and used cars monthly. Our top salesperson sold 243 units in 2025 and we have 12 salespeople on staff.

We average 400 showroom ups monthly and generate 400 online leads on average per month.

We fairly distribute leads. We do a round robin between all the sales staff based on their schedule.

What You'll Do:

Connect with Customers: Build lasting relationships and guide customers through a personalized, hassle-free vehicle purchasing journey.

Educate and Advise: Present vehicle features, model options, financing choices, and services to help customers make the best decision for their lifestyle.

Create Lifelong Loyalty: Go beyond the sale by maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they return for all their automotive needs.

Track and Follow Up: Use our management systems to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups to foster trust and retention.

What We're Looking For:

We prefer 1+ year of previous experience in a sales role.

Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected sales goals.

Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs.

Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.

We require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

The monthly earning potential for this role is $5,000-$20,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
