Marketing Associate

Essential Functions Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their work to benefit their customers/end users. Design and implement marketing strategies across wide variety of mediums. Analyze marketing challenges and opportunities, resolving with creative, market driving solutions. Aid in the expansion and growth of customer base through marketing opportunities. Support Farm Bureau member benefits and marketing strategies. Oversee day-to-day production of in-house publications/promotional marketing. Additional Responsibilities Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Education Level Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management required Skills/Abilities Demonstrated written communication skills Strong verbal communication and listening skills Expertise in social media platforms Electronic design and publishing Experience 3 years minimum experience in a professional marketing environment Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.
