Rolling Meadows, ILFull Time - 1.0 FTE, 32 patient facing hours, 4 hours of administrative timeEasy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMRExperience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patientsBe part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service linePay Range: $222,369 - $356,709 - The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measuresQualifications:1. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois2. Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine3. Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school4.
