Registered Dental Hygienist – High-Tech, Fee-for-Service Practice ($43-$48/hr) Stannard, Studt & Tironi Dentistry is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our progressive team in Waterford, Michigan. We are technologically advanced, utilizing Dentrix, Pearl AI, Voice Perio charting, CBCT, and CEREC to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients. Unlike high-volume corporate offices, we are not in-network with PPO plans (participating only with Delta Premier). This allows us to focus on patient relationships and comprehensive care without the pressure of insurance-driven quotas. We offer an exceptional working environment with no evening or weekend hours. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Basic life support Dentrix Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) General Dentistry Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Licensure: Valid State of Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Mindset: A commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care. Job Description Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced technology such as Voice Perio for charting and Pearl AI for radiographic analysis to enhance diagnosis and patient education. Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, periodontal health, and restorative options. Diagnostics: Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as necessary for diagnosis. Collaboration: Work closely with the dentists to co-diagnose and present treatment plans involving restorative and periodontal health. Safety: Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
