Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing high-quality care to patients. The role involves managing a case load and developing treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver targeted therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and report to supervisory staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current Physical Therapist license required.
