The pay range for a Transportation Account Manager is $43,680 - $74,880 + yearly (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
What You Will Do:
- Manages a book of insurance business with strong autonomy, decision-making, and accountability for retention and client satisfaction
- Delivers professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners while supporting Producers in growing and maintaining business
- Oversees all transactions, documentation, and internal processing for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyzes clients' coverage needs, compares policy options, monitors industry changes, and provides informed recommendations
- Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex service, claims, and billing issues, including negotiating with underwriters when needed
- Documents all interactions in agency systems and supports training and mentorship of junior team members

Key Attributes:
- An active Property & Casualty license in Illinois
- High school or equivalent
- Effective and precise telephone etiquette
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes:
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
