SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing national real estate firm in Plano that is currently looking for an experienced Title Curative Associate for an immediate start.
This is an on-site role and overtime may be required.
Qualified candidates will have recent Title Curative Experience as well as Resware,excellent customer service skills, and a stable work history. Multi-state curative experience is a plus.
The position is PERMANENT upon hire and is not temp.
Salary is commensurate with experience but should range $50,000-$70,000/yr
JOB DESCRIPTION: Title Curative Associate/Client Advocate
Performs clerical duties to assist in gathering information for clearing title
Strong customer service skills to talk to clients and other parties
- Performs basic clerical functions to set up new files
- Assists in reviewing and clearing discrepancies on the title
- Make and receive phone calls about title issues
- Must be able to multitask and work on many files simultaneously
National or multi-state experience preferred.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry, clearing title issues, is preferred
Title Curative experience
Good typing skills are required.
MS Office & Internet Skills are a must.
Solid job tenure and good references.
Must be able to deliver top-notch customer service and work well under pressure.
Resware experience is a requirement
