Marketing Coordinator

Role: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, OR (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced Global Brand Management team . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing coordination, brand marketing, product marketing, or project coordination who enjoys working cross-functionally to bring marketing initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support product and brand marketing programs

✔ Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables

✔ Partner with Brand, Product, Merchandising, Creative, and Studio teams

✔ Assist with go-to-market initiatives and product storytelling

✔ Create presentations and marketing communications

✔ Support vendor coordination, product samples, and campaign execution

✔ Drive stakeholder communication and project alignment

Qualifications:

✅ 2–4 years of marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or project coordination experience

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Keynote

✅ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Background:

⭐ Footwear, apparel, sporting goods, retail, or consumer products industry experience

⭐ Product marketing or brand management exposure

⭐ Understanding of merchandising and go-to-market processes
