Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Configuration Manager to oversee the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP system) and manage various tasks in our Westminster facility. This role requires a highly organized leader with a proactive, 'do-er' mentality.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP system).

• Handle engineering changes through the change management system ENOVIA or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• Identify documents needing updates and ensure configuration is ready for production.

• Manage tasks and documentation efficiently.

• Conduct contract reviews and manage task assignments effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in configuration and product lifecycle management.

• Experience with ENOVIA or similar PLM systems.

• Strong task and documentation management capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Leadership qualities with a proactive, 'do-er' approach.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The role involves working with advanced PLM systems and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the readiness of manufacturing processes. The position demands a professional attire in a collaborative setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
