We generate our own leads from various sources, so team members always have opportunities to sell. • Solicit, present, and sell a variety of insurance products from Farmers Insurance and other carriers.
• Respond to and follow up with purchased leads as well as prospects generated through community marketing.
• Build relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales in the agency's CRM system.

Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach efforts to promote the agency brand.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
• No prior insurance experience required!
• We will train the right individuals.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Agency will sponsor and pay for licensing training.
• Ability to work full-time in office.
