Our client is looking for an Principal Full-Stack AI Engineer - Platform Architect for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Snowflake Architect
Location: Hanover, NJ - Hybrid
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in Snowflake Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake Multi-Cluster, Performance Tuning, Workload Management, and Cost Optimization.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Data Sharing.
- Experience integrating Snowflake with Data Lakes, APIs, Enterprise Applications, and Third-Party Systems.
- Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with DR/Backup, Business Continuity, IaC, DevOps, and Cloud Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, Data Masking, Row-Level Security, Data Governance, Quality, Metadata, and Lineage.
- Strong experience providing Technical Leadership, Architecture Reviews, Stakeholder Management, and Solution Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise Snowflake data platform architectures for analytics, reporting, AI, and ML.
- Define data strategies, architecture standards, and best practices for cloud data platforms.
- Architect scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Implement Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Data Sharing.
- Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms, data lakes, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Design security, governance, DR, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Optimize queries, compute, storage, workloads, and Snowflake costs.
- Implement IaC and DevOps practices for Snowflake environments.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical roadmaps, and stakeholder discussions.
- Mentor Snowflake developers, data engineers, and analysts while ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
