Provide occasional inpatient support, conducting thorough therapy evaluations to maintain consistent care throughout each patient's journey.

Ensure meticulous documentation that meets all relevant state, federal, and organizational standards.

Advance your professional knowledge through ongoing education and teamwork with peers.

Earned Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those awaiting ASHA certification.

Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.

Preferred: ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first month of hire.

Mastery of evidence-based interventions applicable to all age groups, with solid expertise in both developmental and neuromotor speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
