divh2RN Supervisor/h2pWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, Massachusetts. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations, providing optimal quality of care, and adhering to our facilitys policies and procedures. If you are a motivated and dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply./ph3Responsibilities:/h3p Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on assigned shift to maintain continuity of nursing care/pp Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures with staff, families, and visitors/pp Make rounds on nursing units to ensure maximum care and communicate with families/pp Respond to emergencies and provide medical oversight/pp Verify physicians orders and ensure accurate documentation/pp Secure pre-admission reports and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff/pp Conduct chart audits and monitor IV program/pp Assist in recruitment, selection, and orientation of nursing staff/pp Participate in meetings and assume other duties as assigned/ph3Requirements:/h3p Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Massachusetts/pp Minimum of one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred/pp CPR certified/pp Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and follow oral and written instructions/pp Fluent knowledge of MS Office suite and other office equipment/pp Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignment/pp Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day and perform physically demanding work involving frequent bending, stooping, turning, stretching, and reaching above the shoulders/ph3Working Conditions:/h3p Works in an appropriately lighted and ventilated environment/pp Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics/equipment that will enable these senses to function adequately/pp Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs/ph3How to Apply:/h3pIf you are a motivated and dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, please apply to this role.
