Hiring Material Handlers - Apply to Join Our Team!

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our production and warehouse team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including truck loading/unloading and staging
• Organize and transfer materials to support production flow and inventory needs
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and kneeling

• Experience in material handling, warehouse, or production environments
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally

• Prior forklift experience or certification
• Experience with shipping and receiving operations
• Familiarity with inventory staging, organization, and tracking
• Background supporting production or manufacturing environments

• Competitive entry-level pay at $20/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
