General Placement Service is recruiting on behalf of a top global reinsurer. They seek to hire a Property Underwriter to assess, underwrite, and price new & renewal business. This role will be focused on treaties with property exposure.
In this role, you will:
- Asses and price property business including both commercial and personal lines risks
- Assembling treaty structures
- Ensure compliance
- Client engagement
To be qualified, you must have:
- 6+ underwriting experience in insurance/reinsurance
- 5+ property underwriting experience (both commercial and personal lines)
- CPCU and/or Are designations strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
