Accounting Manager

Overview Opportunity to lead and mentor accounting staff while elevating your leadership profile Ownership of month‑end, financial reporting, and core accounting operations Play a key role in audit processes across multiple areas (governmental, state, insurance) Influence accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Hands‑on involvement in ERP implementation/conversion initiatives Broad scope across AP, AR, and GL — strong operational and strategic mix Stable, full‑time position with comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, PTO) Salary: $110K - $120K Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements Oversee AP/AR and manage month‑end close process Review reconciliations, journal entries, and bank activity Support audits across multiple channels (year‑end, governmental, insurance) Maintain internal controls and improve accounting policies/procedures Lead, train, and support accounting staff and divisional teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years’ experience in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager or similar) Strong GL experience and month‑end close expertise Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
