Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:Customer Experience and SalesPossess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goalsStay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment toolsUnderstand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needsMulti-task in a fast paced team environmentEducate and engage customers through product demonstrationsInteract with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customersOur Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $20.825 - $21.7125 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
