About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Lead to manage and inspire their support team in East London . This role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving complex issues. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching. Requirements Proven experience in a customer support leadership or supervisory role. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
