Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring for hosts. Our hosts know that first impressions are everything. They welcome our guests upon arrival and help create a friendly and cordial environment.What we're looking for:Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phoneAbility to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times.Planning and organizing dining room seating for the eveningAnswering the phones and providing information about the restaurantClearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employeesControlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfactionTeam player; you're always willing to give and ask for helpFlexible schedulingExcellent training programHealth benefits including medical, dental and visionCareer growth opportunitiesFamily meal twice a day
