Residential Plumbing Service Expert

Stewart Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drains – Memphis, TN

This role is designed for experienced residential service plumbers who are comfortable:

• Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining solutions to homeowners
• Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
• Performing high-quality repairs and installations
• Owning the job from start to finish

We focus on homeowner service and long-term solutions , not volume-based or maintenance-only work.

• $25–$35/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance-based / commission earnings
• Take-home company truck

• 3+ years of proven  residential service plumbing experience
• A track record of strong performance and customer satisfaction
• Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
