Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. * Distribute work between technicians efficiently * Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries. * Consult with customer on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials * Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations * Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes * Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience * Build strong relationships with the customers Qualifications * Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position * Organized and friendly personality * Time management skills * Fantastic communication skills with your customers * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Clean driving record * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
