Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in South Burlington, VT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:15 PM - 02:15 AMTue04:15 PM - 02:15 AMWed04:15 PM - 02:15 AMThur04:15 PM - 02:15 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Report maintenance, access control, or security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
