Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. You’ll provide counseling, crisis support, and social-emotional services while collaborating with school teams and families. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians! Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide individual and group counseling Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Support student attendance, engagement, and access to resources Develop and implement intervention plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Connect students and families with community resources What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date) Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills School-based experience preferred, not required Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women-, minority-, and therapist-owned company built by providers who understand school-based work.
