Pestkee is growing, and we're looking for experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who know how to knock doors, create conversations, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships.

This isn't a traditional pest control sales job.

You're selling recurring-service accounts with residual commissions , which means your work can continue paying you as customers renew. You'll have the opportunity to build a book of business, earn strong commissions, generate residual income, and grow into leadership as we continue expand.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll be responsible for selling:

• Pest control services to homeowners
• Recurring pest control memberships
• Advosy memberships that provide additional value to homeowners
• Long-term service relationships that create renewal and residual income

You'll be working primarily in the field, developing your own sales route and building a portfolio of customers.

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates who have:

• Previous Door-to-Door (D2D) sales experience
• Experience selling recurring revenue or subscription-based services
• A proven history of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• The ability to work independently in the field
• A competitive, coachable, and growth-minded attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to knock doors consistently and do the work required to win

Leadership Experience Is a Plus

This is a field-based outside sales position , primarily focused on residential neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix Valley.
