Job Responsibilities

Under supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures. This RN will serve patients in South Health District in the DPH Home Visiting Program. Patient Home Visits will be conducted with prenatal and postpartum women and infants up to age one per the DPH Home Visiting Program manual.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification.
