Salon Gratto is looking for talented, motivated stylists to join our salon in either a commission or rental role. We’re seeking professionals who are passionate about great hair, committed to an exceptional client experience, and ready to grow in a polished, elevated salon environment.

The typical Stylist at Salon Gratto earns over six figures annually. We guarantee a base pay with competitive commission on service and retail, plus tips. This opportunity is ideal for stylists with 1–2 years of experience and some existing clientele, or those who are actively building and ready to grow.
Rental opportunities are best suited for stylists with at least 3 years of industry experience and an established, loyal client base.

Responsibilities may include:
* Providing high-quality hair services and an exceptional guest experience
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Rebooking, retailing, and continuing to grow your clientele
* Maintaining a clean, professional workstation
* Contributing to a positive, respectful salon culture
* Showing up consistently, professionally, and with pride in your work

* Licensed cosmetologist
* Technical skills and passion for the beauty industry
