Position Title: Remote Power Distribution Operator

Location: Spring, TX (Remote)

Shift Schedule: 7/7 rotation transitioning to 14/14 rotation

Pay Rate: $75/hour (Range: $70 - $80/hour depending on experience)

About the Role:

Join our team as a Remote Power Distribution Operator, overseeing electrical systems remotely to ensure safe, reliable power delivery. This role offers the chance to work from home, supporting major infrastructure projects, with a focus on system monitoring and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate power distribution systems remotely via control platforms.
• Respond promptly to alarms and system irregularities.
• Coordinate with field teams for outages, repairs, and upgrades.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system performance and incidents.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
• Support emergency response efforts to restore power during faults.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Power Distribution Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with SCADA and remote monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
