Responsibilities Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations with company objectives. Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs. Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products. Build professional relationships with internal and external management. Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device. Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism. Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis and 50 lbs on occasion. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day. Salary: $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days and include Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) plan.
