Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible armed presence to deter and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, or disturbances.

• Monitor premises through patrols, body cams, and surveillance systems.

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with sound judgment and tactical awareness.

• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports using company dispatch or reporting systems.

• Enforce access control, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with property rules.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old .

• Possess a valid Texas Level 3 (Armed) Commission License issued by DPS.

• Have your own firearm and duty gear in compliance with DPS standards.

• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening .

• Excellent communication, observation, and de-escalation skills.

• Reliable transportation and a professional appearance required.
