CPMG is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties running smoothly. You’ll complete repairs, assist with move-ins, and support the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders efficiently
- Assist with unit turn-overs and repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Keep the property safe, clean, and maintained
Requirements:
- Maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC Preferred
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and proactive
