What You'll Do

• Prepare residential electrical estimates and material takeoffs
• Review blueprints and construction plans
• Assist with bid preparation and proposal development
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and vendors
• Identify project scopes and requirements
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, builders, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Residential electrical experience preferred
• Estimating experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency, including Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred, not required
• Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred
• Must have clean driving record
