Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Evening, Night Hours per Shift: 34.5 hours per week Experience: 2 years License: Pharmacist License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Organized and able to appropriately prioritize tasks Description: Local candidates are preferred. The department includes various areas such as ER, ICU, Inpatient, Surgery, and the Birth Center. Common duties involve verifying orders and answering provider questions. The role requires working with an evening technician on the same shift. Self-scheduling is not offered; rather, shifts are scheduled in a 7 days on and 7 days off format from 2 PM to midnight. Weekend and holiday work is required if it falls within the assigned week. There is no on-call requirement for this position. The medication dispensing system used is Cerner. Scrubs are available in the pharmacy locker room. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. Charting is conducted through the Cerner system.
