THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Remote Sales & Benefits Representative, you'll learn how to work with clients and prospective clients, understand their needs, explain available benefit and insurance options, conduct appointments, and build long-term professional relationships.

You'll receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship as you develop your skills.

For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability, additional development opportunities may be available in areas such as mentoring, training, recruiting, and team leadership.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Conduct scheduled virtual and telephone appointments

• Meet with prospective and existing clients

• Learn and explain available benefit and insurance products

• Identify client needs and discuss appropriate solutions

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Maintain organized client and appointment information

• Participate in team meetings and training

• Develop professional communication and sales skills

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required . Training is provided.

EXPERIENCE THAT CAN TRANSFER

Your previous experience doesn't have to be in insurance.

• Healthcare administration

• Retail

• Business development

• Other client-facing positions

You may already have many of the communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills used in this position.

TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

New representatives receive structured onboarding and product training, along with ongoing coaching and professional development.

As you gain experience, there may be opportunities to develop additional skills in mentoring, training, recruiting, and leadership.

REMOTE WORK

This is a remote position within the United States, subject to applicable licensing and work-eligibility requirements.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Employment Type: Fulltime- 1099

Compensation: performance-based compensation with cap on earnings. Representatives earn weekly performance-based compensation, bonuses, residual compensation under the company's compensation structure.

Average first-year earnings are approximately $60,000–$70,000+ , while higher-performing representatives may earn $100,000+ . Actual earnings vary based on individual production, applicable bonuses, experience, licensing, and other factors.

Full compensation details, bonus qualifications, licensing requirements, and contractor terms will be explained during the interview process.
