You will work with clients who may be facing family tension, marital stress, communication breakdowns, emotional distress, or changes that are affecting their relationships and daily functioning.The LMFT in this role will provide assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and progress monitoring through virtual sessions. The focus is on helping clients better understand themselves, improve connection, and build healthier ways to manage conflict, stress, and change.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote therapy services to clients using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth systemSupport couples and families with relational issues, conflict patterns, life transitions, and communication concernsComplete diagnostic assessments and gather relevant family, social, and clinical historyBuild treatment plans that are realistic, clinically appropriate, and aligned with client goalsDeliver therapy using marriage and family therapy principles and evidence-informed methodsKeep progress notes, treatment updates, and records current in the EHREvaluate risk, safety concerns, and client needs throughout the course of careMaintain compliance with state licensure rules, clinical ethics, and privacy standards
