Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and step in as acting manager when needed.
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified team members to ensure optimal store staffing.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve productivity and profitability goals, communicating expectations and progress regularly.
- Promote outstanding customer service by coaching, training, and setting a positive example for the team.
- Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and store appearance.
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
- Strong sales orientation with a goal-driven and ethical approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
