Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Job Location: Rome, GA
Job Duration: 4+ months (possible extension)
Shift: Monday –Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST

• The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for collecting quality blood specimens for laboratory testing while ensuring a safe, professional, and patient-focused experience.
• This role requires strong phlebotomy expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time
• Collect forensic and clinical specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy during specimen collection
• Ensure specimens are properly prepared and documented for lab testing
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
• Create a positive and professional patient experience
• Support organizational standards for safety, quality, and customer service
• Travel between Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as needed.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts when required.
