Boddie-Noell Enterprises operates just under 350 Hardee's restaurants and is the chain's largest privately held franchisee. Job Description We are looking for Cashiers, Cooks and Biscuit Makers Cashier Job Description To serve guest quality products in a fast friendly, quick service. Assist other sales representatives as needed. Smile and greet guests and request order immediately upon arrival. Take orders and enter them into the point of sales terminal accurately. Suggestive sell and answer menu questions. Collect money and provide correct change. Assemble orders, including condiments and other service items needed or requested. Ensure that guests receive only quality products. Thank guests and invite them to return. Serve guest within designated service time. Keep sales area stocked, clean and organized. Clean and stock beverage bar. Clean dining room tables and seating. Clean and stock restrooms. Sweep and mop dining room and restroom floors frequently. Clean up spills immediately. Assist other sales representatives as needed. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members. Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times. Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all. Cook Job Description To prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards with strict adherence to safe food handling practices. Cook products using grill or broiler and transfer to make up table or over shelf for holding. Cook product in fryers and transfer to make up table, over shelf or appropriate holding area. Bake products in ovens and transfer to appropriate holding service area. Toast buns and transfer to the make up table for holding. Assemble sandwiches using the proper amount of condiments. Wrap or package products. Clean, slice and prepare products to meet business demand. Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management. Set and communicate production levels of all products to meet business demand without over producing. Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products. Clean, organize and restock all stations. Clean utensils, equipment, walls and floors. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members. Biscuit Maker Job Description To prepare fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures and standards with strict adherence to safe food handling procedures. Assist other food production personnel as needed. Job Functions Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures. Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing. Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment and floors. Assist other food production personnel as needed.
