What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and serve as a leader within the care team.
• Utilize clinical data to evaluate and improve care strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and standards.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professional responsibility at all times.

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN License
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a neonatal or critical care setting
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification in a relevant clinical specialty
