The world can't wait.QualificationsYou Have:4+ years of professional software development experienceExperience at a proficient level in Java with Spring Boot or PythonExperience designing and implementing resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud-native architecturesExperience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using modern web application frameworks and microservice patternsExperience developing and managing containerized applications using Docker and KubernetesExperience designing and implementing distributed data pipelines for high-volume data ingestion, processing, and storageExperience developing data-driven dashboards and visualization tools using modern front-end libraries such as React or SolidExperience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testingExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormationTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphHS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in software development, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field and 8+ years of experience in software developmentNice If You Have:Experience developing and managing Kubernetes Operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs)Experience with distributed streaming platforms such as Apache KafkaExperience with graph databases such as Neo4jExpertise with cloud monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stackExperience with Apache Spark or similar distributed and big data processing frameworksExperience managing stateful and stateless services across cloud storage and application layersExperience optimizing cloud-native application performance, identifying production bottlenecks, and improving system reliabilityExperience implementing secure, resilient, and highly available cloud-native applications and infrastructureExperience documenting cloud architecture patterns, deployment workflows, and operational processesExcellent analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with data architects, DevOps teams, and product managersKnowledge of Kubernetes concepts and internals, including Pods, Services, Namespaces, Resource Management, deployments, ingress controllers, and service meshesMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100.96 to $115.38 per hour.
