Project Manager/Estimator - Heavy Civil


Join a proven heavy civil contractor in Arizona delivering large-scale projects in excavation, grading, paving, site concrete, and underground utilities . We take pride in quality, safety, and results - and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager/Estimator to make an impact. What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from start to finish - scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations.
• Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, paving, utilities, and sitework.
• HCSS experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
